Job Duties of the Recruiter:

  • Develop new clients in the investment management industry for the firm
  • Manage Recruitment Teams to drive interview pipeline
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies for the team to attract qualified candidates
  • Leverage resources, databases & technology to recruit high-caliber candidates
  • Build a strong sourcing pipeline and talent pool for contingency searches
  • Assist and collaborate with President, recruiting team, and management team
  • Manage strategy for high volume customers
  • Direct, evaluate, develop, coach and regularly communicate with the recruiting team in order to effectively achieve clearly defined performance goals
  • Develop comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans and utilization of recruitment technologies

Job Requirements of the Recruiter:

  • Experience with leadership / management principles as they relate to Recruiting / Staffing
  • At least 5+ years of related work experience, preferably financial services
  • Experience developing new clientele in a sales capacity
  • Degree is preferred but not required
  • National recruiting and sales experience
  • Experience reviewing quarterly sales and recruiting reports for division
  • A strong work ethic and interest in innovation
  • Experience in nurturing client relationships
  • Passionate approach to IT and Finance staffing/recruiting
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, Bullhorn or a similar ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
