• Manage the U.S. tax compliance activities
• Oversee the preparation of the international tax provision, rates, and reserves
• Develop strategies and plans to minimize the corporate effective tax rate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 8+ years related work experience
• CPA required

• Participate in compliance reviews
• Assist in the review of trading activities
• Maintain surveillance reports

• Prepare, process and review complex journal entries
• Assist with coaching and developing Controller’s Team accountants

• Thorough knowledge in approving marketing material in conformity with regulatory requirements

• Identify opportunities to reduce the effective tax rate
• Review the U.S. TAX basis earnings and profits
• Accurately report the U.S. tax and U.S. accounting aspects
